• 30-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase (in-store) or 30 days of delivery (online).
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.
• All Sale items are final sales and non returnable.
• Custom orders are also final and non returnable.
• Cash or Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. 
• Holiday Season Returns: For the holiday season, our returns, refunds, and exchange deadline is extended to January 30. Any purchases made after November 20th apply for this extension.
• SHIPPING COSTS:  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items sent). 
• PROCESSING TIMES:  Please allow approximately one to two weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
