• 30-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds, and exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase (in-store) or 30 days of delivery (online).
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place.
• All Sale items are final sales and non returnable.
• Custom orders are also final and non returnable.
• Cash or Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. Items purchased with check or cash will receive cash back.
• Holiday Season Returns: For the holiday season, our returns, refunds, and exchange deadline is extended to January 30. Any purchases made after November 20th apply for this extension.
• SHIPPING COSTS:  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items). 
• PROCESSING TIMES:  Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.                 
  
  

• All packages ship either FedEx or United States Postal Service.
• Expedited options are available.
• No international shipping
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost on items being returned
• We will pay to ship your item for an exchange once it arrives.
  
  

If you have already exchanged your product for a different size and now want to return the product for a refund, (within the allotted 30 days) shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
