Please allow for 2-3 business days for a shipping confirmation email.

Ales to Trails is committed to customer satisfaction. 

For shipping times and tracking: refer to your shipping email for delivery expectations. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Standard Shipping

  • All packages ship either United States Postal Service or FedEx.

  • FedEx shipping is not available for orders shipping to post office boxes.

  • Expedited options are available.  

My package is missing, what do I do next?


We are so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the delivery of your package!


If your tracking information shows no updates for 7-10 business days, please text us at (231) 459-6808 or email us at ivette@alestotrails.com. (texting is preferred as I will get it right away)


If your package is showing marked as delivered but you're unable to locate after a thorough search of your property, we ask that you connect with your neighboring properties and see if it was delivered there by accident. If your package doesn't turn up within 1-3 days of your search, please feel free to contact us and we will make sure you're squared away.


please note that I am a small business and once the item is shipped, I have no control over lost or stolen packages. I will do everything to help locate the package and contact the method of delivery service and make sure we find your package.
