Easiest way: grab a shirt or hoodie you love the fit of, lay it flat, and compare.
Chest width: measure straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam.
Body length: measure from the top of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
Like it fitted? Order your usual size.
Want it relaxed or roomy for layering? Size up one.
Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry to keep it fitting like day one.
